The fourth episode of Two and a Half Men was titled ‘Nine Magic Fingers’ and featured a guest appearance by the voluptuous Jenny McCarthy, who reprised her role as con artist Courtney.

Ashton Kutcher‘s character Walden is clearly smitten with the blonde bombshell, who quickly discovers that the way to the billionaire’s heart is to see to his every need.

In the end Walden’s estranged wife Bridget hands the gold digger a check for $ 50,000 to leave her idiot spouse alone.  This paves the way for Jon Cryer‘s character Alan to be offered a permanent place in Walden’s home.

The part-time maid Berta packs up her bags and vacates Alan’s former bedroom, with a promise to be back on Monday.

Is America falling in love with Kutcher’s sad sack portrayal?  That remains to be seen.

We’re not impressed but can’t seem to break the habit of tuning in to find a glimmer of the show’s former glory.  One thing is sure– the talented and versatile Cryer has the weight of the show on his shoulders right now.
